Waris asks about family, assets, debts, and intentions to calculate Faraid distribution and generate planning guidance. Some of this — religion and family relationships in particular — is sensitive personal data under UK GDPR Article 9 and Malaysia's PDPA. The final policy will describe exactly what is collected and why.
2. How we use it
This section will describe how estate data is used to generate your plan, cached calculations, and AI-assisted guidance, and confirm it is not sold or used to train models on other users' data.
3. Consent and withdrawal
Pending legal review, this section will state the basis for processing sensitive data (explicit consent) and how you can withdraw it or request deletion.
4. Retention and storage
This section will describe how long data is retained, where it is stored, and third-party processors involved (including AI providers), pending confirmation of their data-retention terms.
